Hegseth’s crusaders

Hegseth’s crusaders might not have signed on to fight a Holy war but that’s how they’ll end up.

n 1095, in Claremont, France Pope Urban II launched the first crusade with the battle cry “Deus le vult” (God wills it). The modern version of this genocidal call to arms is “Deus vult”, the very term tattooed on Pete Hegseth’s chest along with the ‘Crusader cross’, emblem of the infamous Knights’ Templar.

In 2026, Hegseth has appointed religious officers to monitor the faithfulness of the US military. He wants to ensure that American serving men and women know the God they’re fighting for… Jesus Christ.

Hegseth’s crusaders might not have signed on to fight a Holy war but if Hegseth has anything to do with it that’s how they’ll end up…

That’s how they’ll start World War 3.

Armageddon, anyone?

Deus vult: an American dream

Jesus isn’t coming guys,
No raptured flight into the skies
This world needs compromise,
Your sabre=rattling won’t change that,
So calm down, Mr. Trump – you sanctimonious twat!

This might be it,

Could be the end,

Stinking of shit,

The Pastor’s friend,

Might just have started World war 3

This Yankee Christianity

Could be the death of you and me

Deus vult!

It’s a death cult,

You’ll see!
